History
After his success in the visual art and communication program at the University of Cincinnati, Jimmy Fishbein was accepted to the prestigious, internationally recognized, Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA, where his 3 year intensive focus was still and motion picture. Upon his graduation from Brooks, he landed a job in New York City working for the world renowned photographer, Arthur Elgort. As he paid his dues and worked up the chain of hierarchy, Jimmy found himself as first assistant to Arthur working closely with Grace Coddington and Anna Wintour (the actual devil that wore Prada) from Vogue Magazine, on set-for COVER GIRL commercials and having lunch with Cindy Crawford and Nikki Taylor on a regular basis at the studio. After great success with Arthur and his team, Jimmy was sought out by other photographer greats such as Bruce Weber, Albert Watson, Ellen Von Unwerth, Andrew Southam, and George Lange, (Annie Lebowitz's protege).
