Chef/Owner Nicole Betourney has received degrees in Baking and Pastry from Le Cordon Bleu and L'Art de la Patisserie from The French Pastry School. Chef Nicole has worked as the Souffle Chef at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in the Paris Hotel, Las Vegas, NV, along with other Chicago based companies.
Chef Nicole started Isn't That Sweet in 2007 out of a number of different suburban-Chicago kitchens.
