OUR STORY The restaurant is the brainchild of four like-minded people from Nepal with over two decades of experience in food service and hospitality industry. In 2016 Raj Thapa, Bhim Rai, Gopal GC and Bidur Kafle met in a cafe in downtown Chicago and conceptualized a plan to establish a restaurant that serves authentic Himalayan and Indian delicacies. The restaurant was formally open to customers on Monday, July 1, 2019.
