"Charles Hear excelled in school and graduated early from Ball State University. After Ball State University he went to Indiana University of School of Law in Indianapolis from 1989-1992. He is a peoples lawyer in part due to his non-lawyer background. He held many "real" jobs before becoming an Attorney. He has worked in factories, insurance firms, and warehouses.
