American Environmental Solutions, Inc was founded in 2001 by Rob and Karen Plachy. As a family owned and operated business, we have combined our years of experience, education, training, and talent to provide a "total" solution for our customers that is unmatched by our competitors. Rob has over 20 years of experience as a field-superintendent and project estimator in Asbestos, Lead, and Mold remediation. Total solutions include set-up, removal of furniture and equipment, interior demolition, subcontract to renovate, and odds-and-ends at the customer's request. Some of Rob's past projects include: Karen's background includes finance, accounting, and business administration in investment, manufacturing, construction, and technology industries. She has worked at the executive level in providing financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, strategic planning and analyses for private and public companies. Karen has an undergraduate degree in accounting, a masters degree in business administration, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Our combined talent in the field as well as in-house enables our company to provide our customers with total solutions to their environmental needs. Communication with our customers at every stage of the project is key. We will discusss every step of the process and make any adjustments necessary to accommodate your business or living conditions.
