Gratitude Yoga offers people a community to be grateful in their life and share that gratitude with others. Yoga is experimenting with your mind, body, breath and spirit through curiosity. Gratitude Yoga is a home to find balance between your individual expression and the connections you make with one another. It is important to graciously remind ourselves of the things in life that helped us become who we are today and guide us to become who we want to be tomorrow. Gratitude Yoga provides an inviting environment for people to genuinely connect to themselves and others through mindful movement and awareness of the body, mind, heart, space, breath and spirit.
Specialties
Gratitude Yoga offers traditional yoga classes as well as yoga-fusion based classes. The classes offered consist of: Multi-level Yoga, Vinyassa Flow, Yoga Jam, Yoga Sculpt, Yoga Dance Fusion and Kids Yoga (coming soon). Gratitude's classes support the entire client spectrum from first time students to experienced yogis. All are welcome! The design of every class will offer motivational teaching including: dynamic language, skillful assisting/hands on adjustments, a calm and peaceful environment, inspirational music, education about the kinesiology of the body, introduction of blocks and straps as tools to help people grow deeper in their yoga practice. Gratitude Yoga is designed to provide complete mind, body and spirit inspired yoga instruction to create an integrated experience during each practice. Each student will be enlightened, cared for and challenged.
