Strictly Shooting, founded in 1987, offers private basketball shooting lessons to men and women of all ages. Over 20,000 people have come through Strictly Shooting's basketball program, including several professional basketball players. Private lessons are offered at the YMCA, where you will learn techniques on how to align, lift, grip, release, balance and follow through with your shot. Strictly Shooting is dedicated to all aspects of shooting and the development of solid fundamentals and seeks to enhance confidence, mechanics, rhythm and range. Gary Groharing, owner of Strictly Shooting, runs all of the coaching sessions himself. He has over 40 years of coaching experience and is confident that he can guarantee a better shot to anyone who comes through his program.
