I started my gluten free baking business by selling at farmers' markets in the Jacksonville IL, Springfield IL area, and my only advertising was on Facebook and word-of-mouth. My first 'gig' that got recognition was a gluten free celiac event by Springfield hospitals - I was asked to bring samples. I took more than $400 in samples and came home with nary a crumb, AND I have customers from that event who continue to purchase gluten-free baked goods from me to this day. When we relocated to the metro east area in IL last year, I quickly recognized that there was much interest in my baked goods, and now I have a small gluten free bakery with a greatly expanded customer base.

Gluten Free at Last! is a dedicated gluten free bakery. Everything we bake is gluten free, with sub-specialties of dairy free, egg free, sugar free and low-carb keto offerings such as cloud bread, Fathead bread, carrot cupcakes, brownies, and more. Our gluten-free breads, cakes and cookies get high acclaim, and our customers come from Springfield, Jacksonville and St. Louis and surrounding area to get delicious gluten-free baked goods! I've been baking gluten free for the public and selling at farmers' markets since early 2012 and never tire of the gratitude expressed by many customers, thanking me for providing delicious gluten-free options.
