Here at Gen Hoe Restaurant, we take pride in our years of experience in Chinese cuisine. Everything from preparation to service is a reflection of our many years of serving customers just like you. The ingredients we use are the best available fresh vegetables, the finest cuts of beef, chicken breast, fish fillet, and ocean shrimp. We also strive to prepare them to bring out the best flavor. This includes cutting and dicing meat and vegetables to various shapes and sizes. We brown and fry the ingredients in woks at high temperatures to seal in flavor and juices, all specific to each dish. For our deep-fried dishes, we use the lightest batter and vegetable oil. Our chefs' skilled knife and wok work has been refined over the years, but can still be altered to your specific tastes. Your selection can be steamed or fried in varying degrees and can be prepared mild, hot, or extra hot. You can also ask our manager for more traditional Chinese selections that are not on the menu.
