The mission of Victor C. Neumann Association is to integrate persons with disabilities and other life issues into the community and enrich their quality of life with choice and independence. The association provides education, housing, recreation, rehabilitation, training and employment opportunities to adults living with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. It receives funding through state government contracts and grants, individual donations, corporate and foundation grants, special events, in-kind contributions, memorial and in honor of gifts, and through wills and bequests. Victor C. Neumann Association has an annual operating budget of more than $11 million, and is located in Chicago.
