Douglas has been a household name in the Northshore since the 1960s. Formerly known as Douglas TV & Appliance, the company started as a vacuum cleaner store in Highland Park in 1963 and has now gone back to our roots.

Douglas is also the largest Miele Vacuum Cleaner and Dyson sales, repair and service centers in the Midwest. The company has over 500 products on display in it Highland Park showroom.
