Deliverance Outreach Ministries International (DOMI) is under the Umbrella of Apostle Arnell Smith. He began ministering in the 60s and Chartered Deliverance Crusaders Center in 1972. He pastored there until receiving the Apostleship. DOMI, is one of several ministries that has grown out of Deliverance Crusaders Center. Our leader, Apostle E.A. Harris, operated and still does as a deliverance minister, Apostolic and Prophetic teacher. Many signs and wonders follow his life as well as his wife Melba.
