Deep Roots was started at a local Farmer's Market in 2011. We opened as a bakery and cafe in December of 2015.

Specialties

All of our delicious sandwiches are served on homemade bread, baked fresh daily. Our soups, salads, and sides are made here in the bakery.

Wow! What can I say about Deep Roots Bakery. I hope y'all like waiting 20 minutes for the cashier to type in your order and then another ten for them to actually make your sandwich/salad/soup....

The BEST taco salad! Deep roots is the perfect lunch spot in downtown and it's a local must try! Would like to add that the staff are welcoming, polite, and attentive.

What a great place to eat! I had a bowl of chili and enjoyed it very much. The service was very prompt. The restaurant was clean and inviting. A very nice change of pace for lunch.

I enjoy popping in here for lunch on occasion! Always homemade and hot. The chicken salad sandwich is amazing and their soups and desserts are perfect.
