CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. The goal for our customers is to provide a workout that is not boring. In order to get great results, you have to be pushed beyond your limits, and that is what we do at CrossFit Plainfield. What makes us stand out is that we provide you with expert programming, so you do not have to plan your own workouts. So just show up, and we will take care of the rest. We will lead you through all of the exercises to make sure you are doing them properly. CrossFit can be performed by anyone--from someone who has never worked out to an elite athlete. All of our workouts can be modified to accommodate any limitations or injuries. The best way to find out what we are all about is to come and try us. You will start with one of four required foundation classes. The first two foundation classes are free, and the other two are included in your chosen membership.
