We combined metabolic conditioning through high intensity interval training, gymnastics (aka body weight movement) and weight lifting. No two workouts are the same! We don't specialize in a sport; we specialized in preparing you for the unknown. You transform into an all around fit person ready for any challenge that is thrown your way. So if you had a competition in gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance training you would not beat them in their particular sport... the Olympic weightlifter would out lift you, the runner would out run you and the gymnast would out perform you, but your overall score would beat all of them. So what if competition isnt your jam? Good news, remember when I said CrossFit prepares you for anything think about your daily activities such as mowing the grass, gardening, carrying groceries, playing with your kids, moving, the list goes on, CrossFit will not only get you in the best shape of your life but it will also improve form, stamina, and strength when performing daily tasks. -- Arianne Kinsella
