HistoryWe started in Champaign in 2003 with a focus on providing fun, motivational lessons in piano to children - adults that were convenient to family schedules. Shortly thereafter we added voice, guitar, drums, bass, violin, viola, clarinet, sax, flute,trumpet, french horn and drum lessons still with the same focus of providing fun, motivational lessons. With additional instruments, we soon found that we were scheduling many siblings back to back or at the same time and shortly thereafter moved into facilities triple the size of our first location. Within two years we grew again and are now located at: 1712 S Duncan, Champaign, IL 61822 which is just south of the intersection of Kirby and Duncan. You access our parking lot via Waterson.SpecialtiesWe specialize in helping babies - adults learn to play the music they love on their instrument of choice: piano, guitar, voice, drums, violin, sax, clarinet, flute, tuba, ukelele and more. Complete beginners - Advanced students are welcome! Private Lessons are tailored to your learning style and interests and are best for Age 4-Adult. Music Together Classes are especially designed to be fun, exploratory and support various learning styles and are best for babies - 5 year olds and their Caregiver. Music Explorers is our transitional class for 4 year olds where they get to discover the fun of piano and ukulele for the first time. Group classes and performing groups are interactive, exciting and give you a chance to learn in a group setting and/or perform. Our teachers all hold music degrees and/or have professional performing experience. They are friendly, kind and motivate their students to be their best!
