After 20 years in the construction industry, culminating in running the 200 man carpentry division for the 2nd largest roofing company in Illinois, the company was founded the year the state of Illinois started requiring Home Inspection licensing...prior to that, you could have printed up business cards for your cat, and called it a Home Inspector.
