More than 1400 historical photos tell the tale of old Chicago when meat-packers, politicians, and gangsters vied for control. We also offer the taste of a true Chicago steakhouse. With all steaks butchered in-house daily, it is hard to make a bad choice — including Grade A5 Japanese Wagyu beef, extensive selection of wet and dry-aged steaks, up to 26-ounce dry-aged Tomahawk Ribeye.
