By exploring our subtler nature through art making, connecting to the natural world, and studying Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, I came upon the practice of zen shiatsu. It has become a means to aid others in relieving their pain and welcoming joy.

Invigorating and relaxing shiatsu sessions are performed on a floor mat or table fully clothed. Appropriate for all ages. Addresses stress, anxiety, digestive issues, insomnia, migraines, PTSD, muscle, joint and nerve pain, and more. When our energy is free and flowing, the body/ mind can return to a state of health and well being.
