Plazas a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Licensed Sex Offender evaluator and treatment provider, and Dr. Blanca R. de la Torre, a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. They, and a group of counselors and therapists, have helped thousands of individuals, families and minors.
