HistoryThe founder, Samuel Stella, became a coach after he overcame his own struggle with morbid obesity. At his highest Sam tipped the scales at 350 lbs and was in extremely poor health. His transformation was something no one would have predicated. He lost the weight and was restored to health. Not only that, he also became a 3x Ironman finisher.
