The Beverly Area Planning Association (BAPA) is a non-profit community organization which provides information to members of the community and seeks to enhance the Beverly area in terms of home values, school quality, commercial success and public safety. Community residents regularly contact BAPA for information regarding building permits, community events and any recent criminal activity.
