For over 40 years Bethlehem Lutheran Church has provided a Christian based pre-school education to children of the St. Charles area. It is recognized by the National Academy for the Education of Young Children and offers year-round pre-school, pre-kindergarten and summer camp programs. Batavia Covenant Preschool

This not-for-profit weekday child care facility is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services to serve the community. The pre-school offers a Christian environment for children to grow and develop through play in a secure and safe surrounding. Batavia Covenant Church began almost 140 years ago when a small group of people met with the idea to form a church to help the homeless after the Great Chicago Fire. The group moved to this current location37 years ago, where the pre-school is located.
