Started in 2013, Maureen founded Awaken Yoga & Energy Healing to bring her passion to others of helping people live their authentic truth. She started teaching yoga and meditation but has now expanded to other holistic modalities such as intuitive/spiritual life coaching, reiki and energy healing, hosting women circles and Ayurvedic postpartum doula services.
