History
The Aurora Sportsmen's Club began in Sugar Grove, Illinois in 1948 and moved to a significantly larger facility in Waterman, Illinois in 2010.

Aurora Sportsmen's Club is a 268 acre private shooting club open for membership that offers significant public programming. ASC offers extensive pistol/rifle ranges include four 50-foot bays, three 25-yard bays, and one each 50-, 100-, 200- and 600-yard bays. Regularly scheduled events include 3-Gun, 2-Gun, practical rifle, precision practical rifle, IDPA, Cowboy Action, black powder, Bullseye shooting, our Annual Zombie Shoot and more. There's even a mortar/canon group. There are also nine dedicated action shooting sports ranges and two dedicated training ranges. The Shotgun Sports department has a double trap field, two single trap fields, two skeet fields, Five Stand and Sporting Clays. There are also stocked fishing ponds, 3-D Archery, a small golf driving range and some limited hunting opportunities.
