History
Anju Above is located upstairs in what was once Bloomington's Central Fire Station. The space was previously open as Bogie's Firehouse & The Loft respectively. After transforming Central Station Cafe (located on the ground floor) into Epiphany Farms Restaurant, the Epiphany team moved efforts upstairs to invigorate the nightclub space. They wanted to create something new & exciting for the community, while embracing seasonality & sourcing ingredients from their own beyond-organic farm. Menus change seasonally (about every 4 months) according to what is coming from the farm, which keeps the Chefs experimenting with new & exhilarating recipes. As the farm production has expanded, Anju has been able to feature more farm fresh ingredients in interesting ways. This positive evolution of the Anju kitchen(s) will never stop!
