I discovered the Amylu brand at my local Costco. Trying to eat healthier, anything substituted with chicken, I will try! The company was established in 1924 but I'm guessing re-branded in 1992...

Watch out for bones in the sausages. The taste is a bit sweet, but if not for the bones I would have given it a 4 star.
