I have over 25 years in the building trades including new construction, extensive remodeling, trim, cabinetry, stairs, general contractor, etc. I use my years of experience to help the homeowner/purchaser to know what the condition of the home and as importantly, know how to repair, improve, and maintain the home. So, this may be a new company but I am not at all new to the industry.
