Bob and Jon Cates started a family business to expand their passion for flipping properties. What started out as a landscape company has grown to a company that completes full rehabs on properties. Their staff is licensed in Fire and Water Restoration, Smoke Remediation from IICRC, Mold Remediation from STC St Louis and Lead Abatement from the United States EPA. They have a crew that can tackle any exterior project from landscaping, decks, roofs, seamless gutters, siding, and windows. They also have qualified personnel that takes care of the inside as well. Kitchens, baths, painting, flooring, lighting, minor plumbing, and French drains are everyday jobs for Advanced.
