HistoryI have been a counselor and mental health therapist in Pullman for 26 years, since graduating from the University of Idaho in 1988. I have worked in Community Mental Health for all those years and added my private practice in 1993. I became a Washington State Certified Domestic Violence Counselor in 1995 and continued that work until 2013. I accept most major insurances including but not limited to Group Health, Premera, Blue Cross, Regence, Uniform and Medicare. My private practice is located in the Professional Mall II in the offices of Wilson Psychological Services.SpecialtiesI specialize in diagnosing and treating mental illnesses such as Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and a wide variety of other psychological issues. I also focus on self-growth, self-esteem improvement and relationship counseling. I primarily use cognitive/behavioral techniques, and have developed strong interpersonal counseling skills as well in my 26 years of experience as a therapist.
