The school closed in 1968 and the building was taken over by the historical society in 1969 to be used for a museum.
Specialties
It is the mission of the Twin Falls County Historical Society to preserve the history of the Magic Valley by providing a place of interest to collect, conserve and interpret those things which make up our past, present and future. We operate a museum in what was once a three room school building known as Union School at Curry crossing, 3 1/2 miles west of the city of Twin Falls on Highway 30.
