As four Idaho State University students sat around the kitchen table at the home of Haiden and Nate, the dream of ThanksABrunch was envisioned. I mean let's face it, they were four hungry college kids wondering what we were going to eat in the morning and brunch and mimosas sounded pretty fantastic. The next two months were spent creating the perfect menu with Lead Chef, Ryan, for the people of Pocatello. From perfecting the specialty avocado spread to creating the delicious carne asada marinade, the hungry college students had to taste everything a few times until they had the perfect product to bring to you! One of ThanksABrunch's main goals is to bring all of the local businesses to work together. They found the majority of their items from local vendors and reached out to local coffee shops so that they would be able to advertise their items on the truck as well.
Specialties
ThanksABrunch [TAB] is parked Sunday mornings on the patio of Jim Dandy Brewing in Pocatello ID. TAB provides Poky locals with delicious brunch options ranging from French Toast to our Loaded Street Fries. TAB also serves catering events upon request to those who want to bring something delicious to their event.
