The Rustic Pig was born out of a passion for barbeque and a desire to do it right. Our Pit Master, David has been doing this since 2005 and he is dialed in.
Specialties
If you are looking for some real BBQ, this is your place. All of our meats are dry rubbed and smoked. If it's your first time, we recommend the brisket and taste it before you sauce it. The pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on top is our most popular menu item. The ribs are off the hook if you want to get serious. For sides, you can't go wrong with the mac and cheese. Everything we serve is scratch made daily. The biggest bang for your buck are the tacos. This place is not fancy, but we love what we do and we do it right. We have 4 sauce options: David's Vinegar, Sweet and Tangy, Sweet and Spicy, and Carolina Gold.
