The broker, Jim Paulson, was licensed in 1991 and worked for various other franchised companies including Realty World, Coldwell Banker, John L. Scott and RE/MAX franchises but then in 2008 he combined some of the best of each into a new company called Progressive Realty Corporation. Instead of the traditional bricks and mortar real estate company, we realized most real estate transactions took place out in the field so our business model is web based with a personal touch. Some of our agents work onsite in vacant or new home communities for our builders and developers instead of sitting in a traditional office. We embrace the technology tools available and use them to our clients advantage. We don't get paid until you close your transactions, so we are committed to your success!
