Here is after they "fixed" it. They taped the other piece on that goes vertical.

They did come back and "fix" this. The crew didn't tell us this had happened, we found it on our own.

This shows a piece that isn't as severe and does require caulking and painting.

When I pointed this out I was told this is how it always was and that it must have been caulked before they worked on it.
