The amount of dog hair and ??? which remains on the carpet. Inexcusable and gross.

The pull handle is clearly broken. And, takes a HUGE amount of force to push/ pull. Unsafe is an understatement.

Secondary security lock has been repositioned...and doesn't close. What it doesn't show is how far off the wall the frame is situated.
