A thoughtful, well-designed user experience can make you stand out from your competitors. An effective design must also be focused on achieving your business goals. Finally, design must also focus on your own user experience when interacting with computers, network and applicatoins. Content Content is truly king and it is about the message you want to communicate to your customers. It starts with a mission statement and expands to what your product or service can do for a customer. It comes naturally for most business owners to communicate face-to-face with a customer, but much harder to effectively communicate their message online. Face-to-face you have a captive audience.
