History

Elsie was a good friend of ours who passed away from ALS in 2014. In 2015 Tina Mensing along with her family, decided to purchase this trailer and start selling food in honor of her. We give away a portion of all our profits to the ALS Association to help research a cure for the disease. Come down and join us in celebrating good food and fighting ALS
