Founded in 1898, Caribou Memorial Hospital is one of the leading providers of medical and personalized care services to the residents of Caribou County, including the communities of Bancroft, Grace and Soda Springs, Idaho. The hospital offers a wide range of clinical programs, including surgical procedures, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, laboratory services, outpatient surgery, maternity and dietary services, ear, nose and throat services, orthopedic, podiatry, nursery, cardiac rehabilitation, echo cardiology, inhalation therapy, health education, anesthesia, and optometric services.
