Blake and Riley, two dudes that coincidentally share the same birthday, founded Boise Fry Co. (BFC), also confidentially in Boise, Idaho, in the spring of 2009. They love fries--probably more than humans should--and they thought fries deserved their shot as the feature dish. We use, almost exclusively, local partners and purveyors. Our bison is raised on a free-range farm an hour from our shop. Our burger toppings are grown locally, and our secret recipe buns are made around the corner. At Boise Fry Company, we make sure to take care of the people taking care of you. Our employees are well-respected and celebrated at our restaurant, and we make sure they understand how much we appreciate their hard work.

At Boise Fry Company, we strive to serve you with the most incredible fries, burgers, and service a company can offer. We serve 8 types of fries made from 6 different potatoes with 10 different sauces and salts giving you over 100,000 ways to eat our fries! Gold Fries, Laura Fries, Purple Fries, Russet Potato Fries, Sweet Potato Fries and Yam Fries. Our fries are hand-cut daily and are changed daily so we can offer you the the freshest product. We don't fry the goodness out of the potato. The nutrients remain from the potato to the fry, and we don't peel, mash, or stuff our potatoes. Everything that's healthy about potatoes stays. We use local, fresh, natural, free-range, grass-fed and finished beef and bison, both hand-seasoned with Boise Fry Company's secret recipes. Our vegan burgers are made with black bean and organic, fair-trade certified, and high protein quinoa. And our organic whole wheat potato buns are baked fresh every day.
