The Highlands Ranch Concert Band, established in 2001, is a dedicated ensemble of amateur to professional musicians committed to entertaining the Highlands Ranch Community through quality and enjoyable concerts. With a Concert Band of 70-80 musicians and a jazz band, Swing Shift, consisting of 15-20 musicians, they aim to promote musical arts and foster a spirit of community for adults and children in the South Metro area. Their upcoming concert, titled "Celebrate Life," on March 3, 2024, at Rock Canyon HS, will pay tribute to the life of Michelle Walker, their concert band manager, and provide an opportunity for others who have experienced loss to musically remember their journey on earth.
