History

Here in Hawaii the word UNKO (uncle, pronounced uhn-ko in pidgin form) and Aunty is used to show great respect. Because he has been known to the local people and people close to him as Unko Manno, what better name to describe his place? So in January 2013, UNKO'S KITCHEN officially opened the doors. Enjoy from our 'Ohana to yours!
