Personal Training for all ages. Specific Sports Training is the enhancement of flexibility, range of motion, stabilization, strength, balance, and coordination, of patient or participant to a specific sport. The Therapist through assessment, evaluation, and questioning with parent, guardian, participant, or patient, will design program that would attempt to improve mobility in chosen sport. Following assessment, the Therapist will review program with participant or patient, and make recommendations to assure objective of program will be met in the most efficient way. Cost for program will depend on time spent by Therapist to assess, design program, and instruct participant and patients. Location of training will also affect cost. This will be negotiated between parent, guardian, participant, or patient.
