History

Tobi's Shave Ice started in Kihei in 1992. My dad built the store and my mom Puddie and I ran it with my brothers Zach and Mike on the clean up crew. We have since moved the shop to the awesome town of Paia on the North Shore of Maui and expanded our menu to include fresh caught, by my husband Patrick, Ahi Poke and Seared Ahi Plate Lunches and Acai.
