My manual therapy and personal training practice began in 2001. I recently relocated my practice from Marin County, CA to Maui.

In addition to personal training I offer clients osteopathic manual therapy and mind architecture. The high level approach we incorporate is to help people assess where they are at in their lives and reveal the limiting patterns and beliefs that dictate their experience. I have owned and operated training centers in Aspen, CO and Marin County, CA and trained several highly successful trainers in this approach to performance.
