History
I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. I have been involved in many different sports since I was 7 years old. These include: Karate, Snow Skiing, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Tennis, Basketball, Track and Field, Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Dance, and SCUBA Diving, Swimming, Stunts to name a few. I became interested in fitness right after I gave a birth to my first daughter. When I was pregnant, I studied about nutrition so I could eat healthy and give proper nourishment to my baby. After I gave a birth to an 8 pound baby (she was huge considering my body size!), I still watched what I ate. So, what did I do to get back into shape? I exercised as if my life depended on it. As a result, I was able to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight in 3 months without a ridiculously small or restricted diet. After my success in shaping up post-pregnancy, I decided to become a personal trainer. I believed that I could help other moms get back into shape as I did. That was my start point as a PT.
