Our office is located directly on the property and our friendly staff is available to assist you at all times. The front office is open from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily and we have a person on-call for emergencies when the office is closed. We are committed to ensuring that all owners, guests and employees on the property feel well cared for at all times. Our housekeeping and maintenance staff take great pride in providing the cleanest and best maintained condominiums on the island. We are a family oriented business, striving to provide an "at home" atmosphere while maintaining professional efficiency. We have been long standing members of the Hawaii Visitor and Convention Bureau, the Poipu Beach Resort Association and the Better Business Bureau and maintain top ratings in all the major guide books. The company was established in 1994 specifically to manage this resort. President, Buff Toulon, has worked at Poipu Kapili for 15 years and has lived on Kauai for 24 years. The entire staff has intimate knowledge of the island and all staff members are happy to share their knowledge and experience with you to help make your vacation the best it can be.
