I can't get the charger to start and I can't get OpConnect on the phone to fix the issue. What is the point? There are also chargers at HCC that can only be used by HCC students and staff? Really?

You start a charge and after 5 minutes the charge light goes off and I get a text that it's no longer charging.I unplugged and tried 4 other stations with the same result. I put $40 on OpConnect...

This company is a total scam. Make you load money on an app then none of their chargers won't work. They won't refund the money or call back.
