History

Creator of the Crunch Mochiko Chicken, made by Benny Noh, founder of Nippon Food & Catering. Originaly served in the HPD headquarters cafeteria on Beratania St. and now serving at 1111 Bishop St., Remington College downstairs food court and 420 Waiakamilo Rd.
