Aloha! Thank you for trying Nicoco! We are a young vegan couple with a passion for eating and preparing raw, local foods, that nourish the soul body and mind. Our quest for healthier, more sustainable living, brought us to Hawaii where we started Nicoco, to fill the cone shaped hole in our hearts for a delicious, decadent but healthy and local treat. Our philosophy of eating locally harvested food led us to the colorful farm markets of Big Island where we can be found throughout the week. We create all of our gelatos and sorbets in small batches right here in Kalapana, using all natural, locally sourced vegan ingredients and fresh, in season, organic locally harvested fruits, herbs and flowers. We start with a creamy coconut base to produce signature flavors inspired by Hawaii and island living. We have a flare for the exotic in flavors that range from truly rich to airy and subtler notes that linger on your pallet. We hope you enjoy Nicoco as much as we do! Love Sean, Ashley & Nico

Nicoco is the first all vegan gelato company in all of the Hawaiian islands! We started creating our coconut based gelato in Kalapana on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2011. We always use all natural, locally sourced ingredients for our artisan products.
